On-Time Delivery:

Always check the On-time Delivery guarantee time and make sure your desired delivery date falls within this time-frame.

If your order doesn’t arrive within the guaranteed delivery time. You can submit refund requests up to 13 days after your order has been completed.

Product description:
Any product delivered to you that fails to match the product description is eligible for a refund. You can also work out a solution that is agreeable.

Product Satisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 28 days of the order being received.

Product Reception:
During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition (no sign of being opened) and confirm the contents before signing the package.

Returns processing limitation:
